We accept payment via the online store or we can accept telephone payments over the phone during normal working hours, and you will receive a card receipt with your package.
We are also able to accept card payment over the phone - email your contact telephone number to info@abrafix.co.uk and we will call you to take payment.
All items include free delivery within the UK and are usually despatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail. Heavier items (e.g. bulk kitchden door handles) may incur a courier surcharge if sending to NI and highlands & islands. You will be notified if there is a surcharge with an option to cancel. Please note - wherever possible we will not charge carriage - if in doubt please contact us for verification. This does not affect England & Wales addresses - all carriage to England & Wales is free. We do not ship to international addresses - this is a 'uk only' serviced website.
Returns Policy:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging unused condition for a full refund. The customer is liable for return costs where the item is not defective.
